Texas Tri Series
No training group, NO PROBLEM. For 2014 we will offer an online 'group' training program for the Texas Tri-Series. Each race is included.
What you get is a well designed online program administered through AddAero's new Solo software. Every workout every week along with some commentary along the way.
What you don't get are coached workouts. We'll offer feedback and answers to questions via the Team-Marsh FaceBook page for now. So, go like it so you can comment. We wanted to keep this simple so that it was affordable and well designed.
The weekly schedule will generally be structured as follows:
Monday- key swim workout
Tuesday- key run workout
Wednesday- key bike workout
Thursday- easier day of workouts
Friday- key swim workout
Saturday- long run or long ride
Sunday- long run or long ride
