Texas Tri Series

No training group, NO PROBLEM.  What we are offereing here is a 17-week training program starting June 3, 2013 that includes all of the races in the Texas Triathlon Series with the exception of 'The Rookie'. What you get is a day to day workout schedule that will get you through the series at a very budget friendly price.  Did you make some 'Rookie' mistakes at 'The Rookie' triathlon!? If so, let us take the worry of the workouts off your mind.

What you get is a well designed online program administered through AddAero's new Solo software. Every workout every week along with some commentary along the way.

What you don't get are coached workouts and feedback. We wanted to keep this simple so that it was affordable and well designed. In the future, it may expand.  This year our goal was to get the plan written and distributed.  For following years, we'll adjust things based on the feedback from the plan.

The weekly schedule will generally be structured as follows:

Monday- key swim workout

Tuesday- key run workout

Wednesday- key bike workout

Thursday- easier day of workouts

Friday- key swim workout

Saturday- long run or long ride

Sunday- long run or long ride

The schedule officially starts on June 3, but if you sign up in advance, you will begin receiving workouts.  The workouts are built around the Texas Tri Series races, which are on the following dates:

June 16th - Lake Pflugerville Tri

July 14th - Couples Triathlon

August 4th - Jack's Generic Triathlon

September 2nd- TriRock Austin

Septemper 28th-29th - Kerrville Triathlon
